Instant Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 box sour cream and chive potatoes
  • 1 packet dry cheese sauce mix from boxed macaroni and cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. bacon bits

Directions

Take packet of potatoes from box and break up slices into smaller pieces. Combine all ingredients and add to 2 cups milk and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. This can also be added into a decorative jar and placed in a gift basket.

What to do with the leftover macaroni, I use mine to make macaroni salad or add it my homemade vegetable soup.
