Does anyone have any easy recipes for using sago? My boyfriend bought some he made it with milk on the stove and it turned out hard after 30 minutes. It turned us off for a bit but I would like to try it if I had a recipe to go by.

Lemon Sago Pudding,this is a low difficulty recipe you need 1 cup sago (tapioca),2tbsp sugar,grated lemon rind,juice 2 lemons,4cups of water,2tbsp golden syrup or honey. Method: Mix all ingrediants together over heat until mixture is clear. Add golden syrup or honey and mix. Pour into mould and leave until set. Hope you enjoy this.
