So easy and wonderful!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages peanut butter cookie mix
  • 1 tub premade milk chocolate frosting
  • 3 2-pack Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, broken into bits

Directions

Mix peanut butter cookie mixes according to directions and spread the batter into a jelly roll pan. Bake - allowing a couple extra minutes than directed time since you have doubled the recipe. Remove from oven and cool.

Spread the frosting over the "cookie" and scatter peanut butter cup bits over the top.

These are wonderful, quick, and easy bars that everyone loves.

You can switch it up using different mixes, frosting and candies. Frankly, I haven't tried anything different because these are SO good and always a hit!

Hello,
My hubby will love this! What is a jelly roll pan? Can it be called by any other name? If by chance I don't have one, are there any other types of pans that can be used? Thank! Maria
