Million Dollar Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 cup cocoa
• 4 lbs. powdered sugar
• 1 lb. margarine
• 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
• nuts

Directions

Melt margarine and Velveeta cheese. Add cocoa and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth, add nuts and put in large shallow pan. Let set and cut in serving-size pieces.
