Grandma's Shrimp Butter

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 can shrimp, drained

Directions

Beat all ingredients with mixer until light and fluffy. Serve on bread rounds or with crackers.

This sounds delicious. We often get together with my sister in law and her dh, and we often just have snacks and such, to nibble on. I will definately make some of this to share with them, Thank you

This sounds like it would be good even w/o the shrimp (I'm vegetarian), so I'm going to give it a whirl!
