Making a Wagon Wheel Doily?

Wagon Wheel DoilyI'm trying to find the 1989 April Workbasket issue for the wagon wheel doily, does anyone know where I can get the pattern?

Pattern:
chain 7, join with slip stitch to make ring
Rnd 1: chain 2, 15 single crochet in ring, join with slip stitch to 2nd chain; 16 single crochet
Rnd 2: chain 6 (counts as treble crochet, chain 2), (treble crochet, chain 2) in each single crochet around, join with slip stitch in 4th chain; 16 treble crochet, 16 chain-2 spaces
Rnd 3: chain 7, working in both loops (treble crochet, chain 3) in each treble crochet around, join with slip stitch in 4th chain
Rnd 4: chain 9, working in both loops (treble crochet, chain 5) in each treble crochet around, join with slip stitch in 4th chain
Rnd 5: chain 2, (6 half double crochet in chain-space, half double crochet in treble crochet) around, 6 half double crochet in chain-space, slip stitch in 2nd chain
