Ingredients

- 3/4 Cup Wesson Oil
- 1 Cup granulated Sugar
- 1 small pkg. of Jello (any flavor, this determines what color your cookies will be)
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients together. Roll dough into small balls and flatten with a glass dipped lightly in oil and then in sugar. Bake 6-8 minutes.

I am going to try these this weekend. I think lemon would be good. Although my DH loves orange, I may go with that. Cherry with chocolate chips? I am going to experiment. Thanks for the recipe.

These cookies are delicious. I used to make them when I was a kid. Haven't made any in years because I couldn't find the recipe. Glad I found this!!

umm sounds yummy, i'd like to make some but, im not sure whether you actually make the jello or do you just pour in the powder ?
