It's perfectly safe to feed your dog egg shells as long as their cooked.I checked with my vetinarian and it's a great source of calcium.

Be very careful adding additional calcium to your dog's diet. if you have a large or giant breed puppy, Do not add additional calcium! Talk to your vet or breeder about this.
