Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1 cup (12) crushed cream filled vanilla cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Filling:

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • Ad
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) milk chocolate bar, chopped

Directions:

Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Let cream cheese soften at room temperature. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in candy. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Garnish as desired. Serves 10-12
