Use Panty Liner for a Shoe Pad
If you need just a little padding in your shoe where there might be an irritant, place a panty liner in the shoe. Works great!

Hah! I tried this today - I came online to see if anyone else has thought of it! They are a perfect fit for shoes, they are extremely comfy and what with the sticky backing there is absolutely no slippage! Highly recommended.
