I have canyon black counters, dark cabinets, and white appliances. What color should I paint my walls?

What you have is black and white so you can use anything or tints and shades and tones of any color. Pick your favorite color and use that as a starting place, or you can stay with these colors and hang pictures, put out colored canisters, etc. in a wide range of colors that can easily changed for a season or holiday. If you decide on white, I would suggest a warm white as these colors could look very cold and uninviting. Hope this helps.
I agree with Chloelizabeth-a warm white would be perfect for your walls. Then you could use other warm colours like reds and greens as accent colours in canisters, tea towels, valance over the window, etc.
Dark colored walls would be too uninviting since the counters are already dark. You could use a light brown or any light color. Personally I would choose an off white. With white, you can put up a nice paper boarder that has some color matches with your dark counters.
