Crispy Reheated Pizza

We love pizza and usually buy the large one for just the two of us. Of coarse, we always have enough left for another meal or snack. To reheat and keep the crust crispy just heat in a non stick skillet and med-low till warm. The crust will remain crispy. Enjoy!

Tip: Crispy Reheated Pizza

Heat up leftover pizza in a non-stick skillet on top of the stove. Set heat to med-low and heat until warm. This keeps the crust crispy. No soggy micro pizza. I saw this on the cooking channel and it really works.

RE: Crispy Reheated Pizza

It does work very well. If you like pan pizza, especially Chicago style, drizzle a very small amount of olive oil in the pan before you put the pizza in. (05/03/2007)

RE: Crispy Reheated Pizza

We reheat pizza in the toaster-oven, on the toast setting, warms it without making the crust soggy. Doesn't burn it unless you're not paying attention! (05/03/2007)

RE: Crispy Reheated Pizza

Also, use your pizza stone that has been preheated to keep the crust crispy. (05/04/2007)
