RE: Handkerchief with Wedding Vows as a Gift
I LOVE the idea. What a great family heirloom you will be creating also. I don't think you have to worry about her nose getting anywhere near it. She may use it to wipe her happiness tears when she sees it though. You sound like a great thoughtful guy.

I think it's a wonderful idea and also like the framed idea!
Someone made a comment about using it to blow the nose on but what a better reminder of the vows when fiance/future wife has a bad cold to remind her of your touching love for her with such a creative gift!
BTW, I use hankies because it saves not only money but also our trees ;-)

RE: Handkerchief with Wedding Vows as a Gift
I unfortunately do not think that this is a good idea. Personally I wouldn't want a handkerchief with my vows on it. Like someone else said, with the blowing your nose in it. Hehe!

I guess it depends on your age, because who uses handkerchief anymore? I think it's a good idea, if this a guy posting this for his girl "fiance" but if this is a girl posting. I don't think a guy would be into that at all.

Tim,
Another idea is to have the handkerchief framed if your wedding vows are embroidered on only the one side.

Congratulations!
While I applaud your instinct, I'm wondering if you want to give your husband an excuse to "blow his nose" on your vows...
