Salsa Dip
Easy to make and tasty appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 2 8 oz. packs of cream cheese (your choice)
- 1 16 oz. jar of salsa/picante sauce(your choice)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped tomato
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a plate (dinner plate, fancy platter, glass pie pan). Pour salsa evenly over top of cream cheese. Top with chopped veggies. Place Doritos around the edges to give a festive appearance. Scoop mixture onto your chips and enjoy.
