Honey Mustard Salmon

Makes succulent salmon that tastes truly gourmet, like you've been cooking all day. Very quick to make even after work.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Helmann's Mayo
  • 2 Tbs. Deli Mustard
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • pinch salt

Directions:

Blend all ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup. Grill or broil salmon brushing with remaining mayo mixture until salmon flakes with a fork, turning once. Serve salmon with reserved mayo mixture. Blend all ingredients. Reserve 1/3 cup.

Time:About 15 Minutes Preparation Time
About 12-15 Minutes Cooking Time

Source: This was a recipe my husband found in Kraft Family Food Magazine. He made it for me. The sauce is so good, I asked for a straw. Ha, ha. I make it for myself now and occasionally for company because my husband passed away a few months ago. He was a terrific cook.

I am so sorry to hear of your husbands passing, he sounds like he was a wonderful partner, may you feel Gods Love for you at this sad time dear. Your recipe sounds really good I will definitely try it, thank you.
