Italian Chicken Parmesan

Here's a recipe I just tried and LOVED:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 envelope dry italian salad dressing mix (I used Good Seasons Zesty Italian)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all of this together in a bowl, then dredge moist boneless skinless chicken breasts through it. Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.

Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes.

It's simple, it's inexpensive, and it smells wonderful while it's cooking! I bet this would be good with pork chops, too, although I haven't tried that yet.

6 servings, about 2 lbs. I like using chicken tenders for more coating.
