Easy Cookie Crust |

This is an easy pie crust that tastes like a cookie. It was my Mom's.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup self rising flour
Directions:
Mix together butter, sugar and egg. Add flour and mix with pastry blender. Pat into a 9in pie pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
