Meat Loaf Fillets

Ingredients:

• 2 lb. hamburger
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
• 3/4 cup ketchup

• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
• 1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning
• bacon

Sauce:

• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions:

Mix first 7 ingredients; form into oval shapes. Wrap with bacon over the top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour over fillets. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
