Freeze Cupcakes Without Frosting

Make cupcakes and freeze without frosting. Put in individual plastic bags when freezing. Add to lunches; they will thaw out in time for lunch.

I do this for use at home. If I make a cake we'll nibble and nibble ourselves out of our clothes (they'll get too tight!!) so I freeze cupcakes and take out 2 at a time for a meal and we are able to fend off temptation when we know we'll have to wait for another one to thaw.
