Fundraising for a Cadet Corp
What is the best way to fundraise for a Cadet Corp with parents that are not very active in the corp?

Send them a bill.
Seriously, I have often heard people say, "I wish I could just donate the money, instead of using my time for ... (fundraising activities).
Well, here's their chance. Tell them what their portion is.
