Not to long ago a friend of mine told me to use vinegar in my rinse cycle instead of softner. It works just as well and does eliminate alot of the lint.

Does it eliminate dog hair from clothes too? We have a beagle puppy and you wouldn't think dog hair would be a problem with his sleek coat, but I'm always seeing his little hairs embedded in our sweaters.
