Saving Lunch Meat Bags
Save the reclosable package from lunch meat after a sandwich lunch.
Rinse and use to hold the leftover piece of tomato. It will not wilt.

Editor's Note: Whenever reusing bags from meat, make sure you wash them out thoroughly to avoid bacteria.

they are also handy if you have something messy or smells to throw away and don't want the messy or smell in your kitchen wastebasket. Or meat scraps you don't want your dog or cat getting into.

I wash all bags in a little bleach water and rince well. Don't try to dry them --- just roll them up and stick them in a small spot in the freezer of your refrigerator. I have dozens in my freeser and they take up only a tiny bit of space.
