Wow. If you know anyone with a Cricut Expression cutting machine (there are smaller ones than the Expression), then that would be the way to go. I have one and I just love it! I have cut vinyl and placed it on wooden plaques but not on walls yet. I don't know if a craft store would offer that service or not. It couldn't hurt to call and ask.
