Ingredients
- 2 cups diced celery
- 3 cups cooked chicken, cut in chunks
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Topping:
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup almonds
Directions
Mix all ingredients in top list together and top with ingredients in the second list. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan. Serves 6-8
