1/2 cup each: 3 different kinds noodles (spaghetti, rigatoni and curly)
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Cook noodles as package directs. Mix all other ingredients with noodles, using only 1/2 package of cheese. Sprinkle the other 1/2 for topping. Put in a casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes at 350 or until cheese is melted and is bubbly all through. Serves 6.
Great Italian dish similar to the Cavatini at Pizza Hut.
Ingredients:
2 jars spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 green pepper, chopped
2-3 cups 3 kinds of pasta, uncooked
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
Directions:
Brown meats adding onion and green pepper near the end to slightly cook them also. Cook pasta while the meat is browning, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients except cheese and put in 9x13 inchgreased pan. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes.

Brown sausage, beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain well. Add to spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and pepperoni. Simmer sauce for 1 hr. Meanwhile cook pasta until half done. Drain water.

4 cups dry rotini (twirl noodles)
1 pound hamburger
1 pound sausage
1 cup water
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices
Directions
Cook rotini; drain. Set aside. Brown hamburger and sausage and drain. Add rest of ingredients. Cook until cheese melts. Add noodles. Pour into 9x13 inch greased pan. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
