Getting Rid of Mare's Tail Weed?

Hello. If this is growing in a bog, then there is no real problem as that's where mare's tail lives. If it's growing in a garden, then I believe you have horse tail weed. www.dgsgardening.btinternet.co.uk/horsetail.htm

I never tried to completely get rid of mine. I even let the plants have one small raised planter. They didn't seem to venture to far from that one structure. Good luck.
