Breakfast Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice, not from concentrate
  • 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice*, not from concentrate
  • 8 whole frozen strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 (12 ozs.) regular or diet ginger ale

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients except the ginger ale and puree on low speed until mixed, then puree on high speed for 30 seconds. Just before serving, add ginger ale and blend for 5 seconds more. Serve immediately.

*Can substitute cranberry juice.
