Saving Money on Exercise Equipment

Looking for cheap or free exercise equipment? Visit garage sales. After a weekend or two of going to garage sales in your area you probably could outfit your own gym for as much as it cost to buy one treadmill at a sporting goods store. Also, subscribe to your local freecycle list. For more information visit http://www.freecycle.org. People are always giving away exercise equipment on my local freecycle list. One word of caution, exercise equipment takes up a lot of space. Make sure you have more room for it and make sure you use it!

While Garage and Yard sales are a great source to
find anything you want at a reasonable price, Freecycle is even better because it's all FREE. To
find out if you have a Freecycle Group in your area,
go to < http://www.freecycle.org/display.php?region=US%20Pacific > , scroll down to find your
state and city nearest you, and join. It's all FREE and
you'll meet some of the nicest people...plus you get
to clean out your own home and garage, and have
it all hauled off for FREE. :) You won't believe the
things that people want and need.

And don't forget , you'll find the things you need for
FREE.

All the best to everyone,
Julia in Orlando, FL where we have no less than
6 Freecycle Groups at the moment. In the original
Orlando Group, we have more than 5000 members
alone. It's the best way to recycle the things you don't need and the only way to keep them out of landfills...cluttering up our Earth.
