When I had my brick & painted wood house pressure washed, the man always used bleach & water.

Krud Kutter is the best thing that I've ever used. Is $11.75 for a gallon at Lowes and does my 2 & 1/2 story house.

We've always used bleach water. I have also heard that pool chlorine works real well.
