Sift flour and salt together; set aside. Cream butter, vanilla, extract, almond extract, and powdered sugar together in bowl. Add flour mixture in 3 parts and mix well. Chill dough 1 hour. Take chilled dough and form into 1 inch balls. Flatten dough with floured flat-bottom glass. Blend 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons milk together; spoon onto cookies. Place pecan in center of cookie and lightly press down. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately and cool on waxed paper.
