- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 (3 oz. pkg) imitation crab meat
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg yolk, (beaten)
- Won Ton skins
Combine cream cheese, crab meat and garlic powder. Drop 1 tsp. of mixture in center of skin. Brush skin edge with beaten egg yolk and press edges to seal. Deep fat fry turning once, until golden brown.
