Rate It: A cookie bouquet is very easy and thrifty to make yourself if you're looking for a special gift. You can order them online or at a bakery, but are extremely expensive. They range in price from $24.99 - $59.99 or higher. The bouquet pictured has 8 Valentine Day Cookies neatly arranged in a large mug. I still have to wrap it in cellophane and tie it at the top with a fancy ribbon. I donated it to our senior citizen's group in February to be used as one of the door prizes. I used the Strawberry Valentine Cookie recipe, then used the decorating sprinkles. By MCW from NY
