Cream sugar and butter until light; add 3 egg yolks and beat well. Add chocolate syrup, marshmallows and nuts. Mix well. Fold in stiff beaten egg whites. Sprinkle the bottom of a 9 inch pan with graham cracker crumbs. Spread mixture over crumbs and top with rest of crumbs. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Cut in squares. Serve with or without whipped cream.
