Celery And Peas Medley
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 pkgs. frozen peas (10oz. size)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can water chestnuts
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter in skillet. Add celery, mushrooms and water. Cover; simmer 5 minutes. Layer vegetables with soup and water chestnuts in 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top before serving.
