Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 lb. pimento cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 1/2 packages. fine noodles (8 oz. each)
  • 2 lb. crabmeat

Directions

Combine cream, butter, cheese, onion and mushrooms in top of large double boiler to make sauce. Cook noodles in salted water. Layer noodles, crabmeat, then sauce in greased 2 qt. casserole. Cook at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
