Cut pork into 12 slices and flatten each with palm of your hand to about 3/4 inch thickness. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except vegetable oil spray. Set aside. Spray a large skillet with vegetable oil spray. Place over medium high heat. Add 6 pork slices to skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until slightly pink inside. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining pork slices. Add syrup mixture to skillet. Return to medium high heat. Cook for 5 minutes, or until bubbly, stirring constantly. I hate to waste food and sometimes you might have that little bit of taco meat or sloppy joe meat left over. Save it in a freezer bag and the next time you are at a loss for something good and warm, take it out. I like to dice some potatoes, add water and let them cook awhile. Add a few cans of vegetables like corn and green beans and the leftover meat. Let simmer awhile then add a can of tomato soup. Makes a nice cheap soup. You can use whatever leftover vegetables you may have instead of canned. I have used cabbage, kale, carrots, leftover navy beans, leftover macaroni, etc. at various times. I don't worry about this soup becoming another leftover, there's never any left over!

Bake a chocolate cake in a sheet cake pan (use recipe or package directions).
Heat milk to boiling, then cool. Mix pudding with milk. Beat well and add whipped topping. Spread on top of cake. Cut the cake in squares and put a dab of whipped topping on each square. When using 1% or 2% milk, heating milk is unnecessary.

Pour apple pie filling into pie shell. Mix topping ingredients and spread evenly over pie filling. At this point you may add a lattice top crust over the crumb topping, if you wish. This is optional. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until crust is done. While pie is still warm cover the crumbs or lattice crust with ice cream topping. Cool. Then before serving, spread whipped topping over all and sprinkle with pecans. This is a great way to spruce up plain apple pie!
