Those were some excellent suggestions for decorations, now, I would like someone to suggest some games and activities that could be done at a church rainbow tea.

how about musical chairs. at our rainbow tea we have a poem reading about the rainbow, we also have a speaker talking about God's view of the rainbow. we sang a son entitled "it's gonna rain'". we also had the members dress in the different colors of the rainbow. we hold our rainbow tea as an apperciation day for our deacons we have 7 deacons and each deacon have so many members assigned to him in his ministry. we have a judging of the tables. last year the purple table won the had a purple three tier wedding cake on their table. and after the judging everyone just walk around a get something to eat from each table. some people charge for to eat, but we don't its our way of showing love .

One fun activity might be making simple shapes using orgami. You
can buy colored paper and each participant will have something to
take home with them.

Hi,
We plan a game using streamers that we wind around the room or the yard when nice. You start all the streamers in one place and the person has to find the end of their streamer by untangling it from the others. Each person has a different color. We use stickers at the ends that match to a prize. The kids and adults love it and everyone gets a prize.
