White Smoke From Homemade Diffuser Lamp Oil

I am making my own diffuser lamp oil and the problem is white smoke. The whole time it burns and that's till the end, I have white smoke. I am using:
16 oz. 91% IPA and 1 1/12 tsp. FO.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong. I also have a double diffuser stone. I wouldn't see that making a difference.
I just don't know. Any ideas on why this is happening?
