This juice is a thirst-quenching concoction and contains lots of vitamin C and A to help your body recover if you smoke or drink. It gives a recovery time of about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
(200 g) carrots
1 eating apple
(1 cm) ginger
ice cubes
Directions
Mix together in juicer or blender all the ingredients, except ice cubes. Pour in a glass and serve with ice cubes.

Editor's Note: I believe the conversion would be about 7 ounces of carrots and a 1/3 inch of ground (fresh) ginger.
