Muncho Muffins |

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. soda
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 box Raisin Bran (15 oz.)
Directions
Put buttermilk and raisins bran in a bowl and let stand while sifting sugar, flour, salt and soda together in a very large bowl. Add eggs, melted butter and buttermilk-bran mixture. Stir well. Bake in well greased muffin tins at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Yield: About 6 dozen muffins.
