Reel Mower Blades Don't Engage and Spin
I have a push reel lawn mower. The blades are not engaging to spin and cut the grass. The gears are on the sides of the wheels, but I haven't opened them yet. I wanted to wait until I got some more information. Can I repair it myself? It is a Scott's 20 inch reel lawn mower (no motor) it is the push type.

Take it apart to learn more about it. Adjust the cutter bar for even contact with the reel blades. Good luck.
