Double Cheese Bake


  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Ad
  • 1/2 cup ham, slivered
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup scalded milk
  • paprika


Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Add butter; toss until coated. Add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Turn into greased 2-qt. casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Serves 6.
