Hi Linda,
How about making your own fabric. Some white fabric, a chili pepper rubber stamp, some fabric paint or acrylic paint mixed with textile medium and away you go. A girl on a craft group I belonged to did cows - she used black and white large checkered fabric and stamped white cows on black squares and black squares on white squares. Looked great.
Good luck!
At this very moment, there are about 5 on ebay. Here's what I did;
In the search field, I put in white chili pepper fabric and entered it into crafts. It came up with "0" using all those words, but came up with 18 using chili pepper fabric. Some are white, but most are flannel and some are fat quarters. They are all "buy it now", so they are in the ebay stores that you find when you keep scrolling down. Check it out!

I saw a few online with beige or cream, not white backgrounds:

On that link I also saw chili peppers in 'iron-on appliques' that you could iron onto your own curtain or valance perhaps.
I am sure I've seen the chili peppers on white material at the Walmart in Leitchfield,Ky. Possibly Walmart in Elizabethtown, Ky. But, I know for sure at Leitchfield. Is it possible for a Walmart to forward things from one of their stores to another? I thought the material was really cute. Good Luck.
There are lots & lots of hot pepper curtains & valences, probably material too, on eBay,
I would also try Trappey's in New Iberia, Louisiana. I am unable to find their website, but I know they have one. They carry all kinds of things related to hot peppers & are famous for their hot sauce.
Where do you find white curtains with red chili peppers on them?

Why not buy the white curtains then make a stencil or buy one at Hobby Lobby and some red ink then design your own?
