1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients together. In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients and add to flour mixture. Mix well by hand, not by mixer. Cook in a tube or Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hr. and 20 minutes.
