Pineapple Banana Pound Cake

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups diced bananas
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients together. In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients and add to flour mixture. Mix well by hand, not by mixer. Cook in a tube or Bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hr. and 20 minutes.

This is a moist and tasty cake.
