When Taking Antibiotics |
|
|
When taking antibiotics for a few days or more, you should also take Lactobacillus acidophilus, or a yogurt that contains these "friendly germs." This will counteract the antibiotic treatment which kills off the good germs with the bad, sometimes resulting in yeast infections in women and diarrhea in children.
