Tissue Paper Stains on a Vintage Doll |

I have just purchased a vintage Shirley Temple doll. I understand she may have been wrapped in red tissue paper and over the years, it has stained her thumb which is made of rubber, and has spots of red on her nylon dress. Any ideas? PLEASE
