Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. combine rice and eggnog in 2-quart baking dish; mix well. Sprinkle with spices. Bake for 2 1/2 hours or until bubbly. Serve warm or chill until serving time.
Thanx Raymonde from North Bay, Ontario. This is Eddie from Sturgeon Falls, LOL. But I live in Brockville now. This recipe couldn't be any simpler. And I love egg-nog. I'll have to check the grocery store to see if there's egg-nog in the coolers. Gotta try it.

What can I say but YUMMMM! ... Not for me, I'm not an eggnog fan, but my daughter will go bonkers over this recipe because it puts her 2 favorite things together, rice pudding & eggnog! (It looks really easy to make too!) THANKS! ... Now, if you could only put Tapioca with the Eggnog, I thing she'd wonder if she died & went to food-heaven! ......<*grin*>
