Round Steak Special
- 1 round steak
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes (1lb. size)
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained (4oz. size)
- 1 can black olives, drained
- 1 large onion, sliced
- potatoes, quartered
Cut round steak into 6-8 portions and brown. When brown, add a slice of onion to each portion. Add stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and potatoes. Let simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 225-250 degrees F. or until tender. Serve gravy over potatoes.
