This is my healthy alternative to fried potatoes and mushrooms. No butter, oil, or fat!
Ingredients
- 4-5 Red Potatoes
- 1 cup Fresh Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Onions
- Pam, Butter Flavored
- 1/4 cup Chicken rub (see below for Rub recipe)
Rub Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels BBQ sauce
- 1/8 cup Weber Grill seasoning
- dash garlic salt
Directions for Rub
Heat ingredients in a sauce pan.
Directions for Mushatoes
Slice potatoes. Chop onions and mushrooms. Spray a thick coat of Pam into skillet and add potatoes, onions and mushrooms and fry. Occasionally spray potatoes so they do not stick or burn. When potatoes are tender add chicken rub to taste.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
