Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/8 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. lime
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Directions
Combine water, mayo, salsa, juice and cumin into a bowl. Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in garlic, then mayo mixture into skillet. Simmer for 2 mins.
Serve with spanish rice and kernel corn and salsa mixed together.
